Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
Services
BridgePath AI Solutions provides AI consulting, development, and implementation services for nonprofits and small businesses. The specific terms of each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, you retain full ownership of all custom work created specifically for your organization. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property.
AI Services and Technology
Our AI-powered services, including voice agents, chatbots, and workflow automation, are provided on an"as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI systems may occasionally produce unexpected or incorrect outputs. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
- AI-generated content and responses should be reviewed before use in critical decisions
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI outputs, predictions, or recommendations
- You are responsible for human oversight of AI systems deployed for your organization
- AI models may be updated or improved, which could change system behavior
- Training data used for custom AI solutions remains confidential and is not shared
Data Usage and AI Training
Your data privacy is paramount. Regarding AI and data usage:
- Your organization's data is never used to train general AI models without explicit consent
- Custom AI solutions trained on your data are exclusively for your organization's use
- We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data
- Third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Microsoft) may have their own terms that apply
- You may request deletion of your data from our AI systems at any time
Voice Agent and Chatbot Specific Terms
For voice agents and AI chatbots deployed on your behalf:
- You are responsible for notifying users when they are interacting with an AI system
- Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel
- You must comply with applicable telecommunications and recording consent laws
- AI agents are programmed to escalate to human agents when appropriate
- Usage limits and API costs will be specified in your service agreement
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
BridgePath AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all work completed to date and documentation necessary to maintain your systems.
