Only with a visible internal champion, and we say that from experience rather than theory: our own beta showed that adoption at a volunteer organization is an organizational readiness question more than a product question. We build the rollout around a named champion, not just an administrator login.
Is this AI for the sake of AI?+
No. We analyze how the rescue actually runs first. Some of what a rescue needs is a plain system that does not need AI to think, and some of it is a process fix that costs nothing. AI goes where it earns its place: usually inquiry handling, scheduling backfill, and follow-up sequences.
Do you work with rescues outside Middle Tennessee?+
Yes. Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet and the surrounding counties are where we work in person; delivery is remote nationwide at the same published prices, and VolunteerStation itself is enrolling beta organizations anywhere in the US.
