When an AI Agent Looks Up Your Business, What Does It Find?

For almost every small business, the answer is nothing it can use: no discovery document, prices locked in a contact form, and no way to ask a question and get a straight answer. Agent-Ready fixes that on your existing site. Our own is the working demo, and you can check it yourself before you spend a dollar.

Agent-Ready Essentials

$599 setup, then $300 per month

A standard AI module, priced like every other one, dropping to $200 per month as your fourth through tenth. Installed on the site you already have.

  • An A2A Agent Card at your site's well-known path, the discovery document agent tooling looks for
  • A machine-readable offers and services feed, so your prices and capabilities parse instead of hiding in a PDF
  • llms.txt and llms-full.txt, built or repaired, and kept accurate rather than written once
  • A read endpoint answering agent questions about your business from one source of truth
  • Honest out-of-scope routing: anything you have not implemented goes to your inbox, never a fabricated answer
  • Quarterly protocol updates and a monthly accuracy check against your live prices and services

Agent-Ready Pro

from $2,500 setup, then $300/mo

Scope-quoted, because it connects to your real systems rather than just your public facts.

  • An MCP server over your actual systems, not just your public facts
  • Tools any MCP-capable assistant can use: booking availability, catalog or inventory reads, CRM lookups
  • Scoped, permissioned, and read-first by default, with writes gated deliberately
  • The natural bridge into a Work AIOS System, since it is the same foundation

If the answer turns out to be your whole operation rather than one interface, that is a Work AIOS System, and the audit will say so.

Why now, honestly

We are not going to tell you buying agents are shopping your category today. Mostly they are not. Adoption right now is enterprise-heavy, and anyone promising you agent-driven revenue this quarter is selling something.

The reason to do it anyway is that it costs one module, and the direction is not ambiguous: the interoperability standards crossed a hundred and fifty member organizations in their first year and grew a payments extension. When agents do start shortlisting vendors, they will shortlist the ones they can read. A business whose prices are already parseable and fixed needs no sales call to make the list.

That is also why we published our own prices before we published this page. The moat is not the technology. It is being legible.

Agent-Ready questions

What does Agent-Ready cost?+

Agent-Ready Essentials is a standard AI module: $599 setup plus $300 per month, dropping to $200 per month as your fourth through tenth module. Agent-Ready Pro, which puts an MCP server over your real systems, is scope-quoted from $2,500 setup plus $300/mo support. Both are month to month, cancel any month.

Why is there a monthly fee for what sounds like a file?+

Because it is not a file, and because the protocols move. A2A reached 1.0 and grew a payments extension inside a year; MCP has revised its spec repeatedly. A stale agent surface is worse than none, since assistants repeat whatever it says as fact. The monthly buys protocol updates and a verification that what your endpoints claim still matches what you actually charge and sell.

Do my customers even use AI agents yet?+

Mostly not yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. Adoption today is enterprise-heavy: supply chain, financial services, IT operations. This is cheap readiness rather than demand chasing. The reason to do it now is that it costs one module and the businesses agents can read cleanly get shortlisted first when the demand does arrive.

Can I see it working before I buy?+

Yes, right now, on us. Our own agent card, MCP server, offers feed, and access policy are live and documented publicly. Everything we would install for you is running on this site first.

What if an agent asks my business something we do not do?+

It gets a structured response saying so, plus your contact address. That is the rule we build to and the rule we run ourselves: nothing advertised that is not wired to something real. A fabricated capability is worse for you than a plain handoff.

How does this relate to AI search optimization?+

AI search optimization gets your business cited when someone asks an assistant a question. Agent-Ready goes one layer deeper: it lets an agent query your business directly and act on what it finds. They stack, and most clients start with whichever gap the free audit finds first.

Start with what an agent sees today

The free audit includes an agent-readiness check: what a machine actually finds when it looks your business up, and whether that is worth fixing before anything else on your list. Written, yours to keep. Full pricing is on the pricing page.
