What does a productized AI module cost?

What does the AI Pilot Program cost?
$3,500 fixed, 4 weeks
A fixed fee for a fixed scope. We take the top opportunity from your audit roadmap and build it end to end: scope locks in week one, build runs weeks two and three, deploy and handoff in week four. Locking scope in week one is what stops the price drifting.

Custom builds are scope-quoted, because a five-page site and a multi-system data platform are not the same job. These are the published floors. A written quote follows a scoping conversation, and fixed-price projects lock scope before any work starts.

Managed AI Care Plans cover monitoring, monthly tuning, and first access to new capabilities for what we build. A module subscription already includes maintenance for that module; a Care Plan covers the wider system around it. Cancel any month.

Because you should be able to find out what something costs without booking a call. As of August 2026, BridgePath is the only AI automation firm in the Nashville market publishing its full price list, every service included. One competitor publishes pricing for its training packages; everything else in the market is quoted on request.
Hidden pricing is usually not a pricing strategy. It is a qualification strategy: it moves the cost conversation onto a sales call, where the number can be set to whatever the room will bear. We would rather you self-select. If $3,500 is out of range, you find that out here in ten seconds instead of on a call in three weeks.
It also keeps us honest. A published price is one we have to be able to defend to every client, not just the ones who did not think to ask.
What are the terms?
- Month-to-month on everything recurring. Cancel any month with written notice.
- No annual contracts and no retainer minimum.
- Setup is charged per module, so you can start with one and add the next once the first is earning.
- Fixed-price projects are billed 50% on signature and 50% on delivery or preview approval.
- You own your domain and hosting account. We hold admin access only until handoff.
- Intellectual property transfers to you on final payment. We keep the right to reference the work anonymously in our portfolio, and we will not name you without your written approval.
Anything not covered here is quoted in writing before work starts. If a term matters to your board or your finance lead, ask on the call and we will put it in the proposal.

Is the audit really free?+
Yes. The AI Automation Audit is a fixed-scope review delivered in writing with a quick turnaround, at no cost, with no payment details required. The report ranks your automation opportunities by impact and effort and names a recommended first step. It is yours to keep and to act on with us or with anyone else.
Are there contracts?+
No annual contracts. Everything recurring is month to month and can be cancelled any month with written notice. There is no retainer minimum and no project minimum. Fixed-price builds like the Pilot are quoted once, with scope locked in week one so the price does not drift.
What is in a module?+
One productized AI capability, installed and then maintained: a chatbot, a voice agent, AI search optimization, a workflow automation, local SEO monitoring, or reporting. The $599 setup fee covers building and deploying it. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, tuning, and changes as your business changes.
Why is the monthly price lower for modules 4 to 10?+
Setup is charged per module at either tier, but the ongoing work per module drops once several run on the same foundation. Modules 1 to 3 are $300 per month each; modules 4 to 10 are $200 per month each. The lower rate rewards stacking rather than locking you into a bundle.
Do I have to buy the pilot after the audit?+
No. The audit is free and carries no obligation. Most people start there to find out which investment pays back fastest, then decide. If the roadmap says your best first step is something we do not sell, the report says so.
What does a custom build actually cost?+
Custom builds are scope-quoted because the work varies. The published floors are: website development from $3,500, app development from $5,000, multi-system integrations / data platforms from $3,500, ai consulting & audits $1,500 to $5,000. A written quote follows a scoping conversation, and fixed-price projects lock scope before any work starts.
Do you work with organizations outside Nashville?+
Yes. Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet and the surrounding Middle Tennessee counties are where we work on the ground. Delivery for everything is remote, so clients elsewhere are served on the same terms and at the same prices.
